The conversation starts Here
Before we talk about building anything, we want to understand what you actually need. Maybe that's a new custom home. Maybe it's a renovation that fixes what isn't working in the home you already have. Or maybe you love where you live and just need more room to live in it well. We'll help you find the right answer — starting with a conversation, not an assumption."
Building something that doesn't exist yet is the most personal kind of project there is. A custom home starts with a conversation, not a floor plan — we want to understand how you live before we ever discuss how we'll build. From there, we work alongside your architect and designer to bring the vision to life, managing every detail so the finished home reflects the plans as faithfully as the day they were drawn.
What sets a custom build apart is the depth of collaboration required — from site selection and soil conditions to material sourcing and the hundred small decisions that shape daily life in the home. We treat each of these with the same care, because a home built to last generations is built one considered decision at a time.
CUSTOM HOMES
HOME RENOVATIONS
A renovation asks for something a new build doesn't: respect for what's already there. Whether you're reimagining a single room or reworking the entire footprint of your home, the goal is the same — a result that feels intentional, not patched together. We study the existing structure, materials, and architecture closely before proposing changes, so new work integrates seamlessly with old.
Renovations often carry more unknowns than new construction — what's behind a wall, what a foundation can support, what code requires once you open something up. We plan for that uncertainty upfront and communicate clearly the moment anything changes, so you're never caught off guard by a surprise mid-project.
ADDITIONS
A great addition doesn't look added on. The best ones are indistinguishable from the original architecture — matched in scale, materials, and flow, so the home reads as one continuous idea rather than an original plus an afterthought.
Beyond matching aesthetics, additions require a careful eye toward how the new space changes the way the whole home functions — traffic patterns, sightlines, natural light. We think through those effects before construction starts, so the addition improves your home's daily rhythm, not just its square footage.
Our Process
From first converstion to final walkthrough
01
DISCOVERY
Every project starts with a conversation, not a form. We want to understand how you live, what's inspired this project, and what "done well" looks like to you — before we discuss a single detail of design or cost. If you're working with an architect or designer already, we loop them in from the start; if not, we can help you find the right one for your project.
02
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
This is where vision becomes a plan. We work alongside your architect to refine the design, and our team builds a real, itemized budget — pricing materials, subcontractors, and timeline in detail, not estimating from a distance. Pre-construction is a dedicated, paid phase of work, because a budget worth trusting takes real time and expertise to build, not a quick guess.
03
PRESENTATION
Once the design and budget are finalized, we walk you through everything in a single, clear presentation — the plan, the full budget, and a realistic timeline. Nothing here should be a surprise; that's the entire point of the phase before it. When it feels right, we put it in writing and move forward together.
04
CONSTRUCTION
From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, you'll have a dedicated point of contact and regular progress updates — so you're always informed without having to ask. Our focus shifts fully to craftsmanship here: getting every detail right, the way it was designed, the way it'll still look decades from now.
