HOME RENOVATIONS
You may not have had a say in the way your home was originally built, but you can still add your personal touch to each space. We would love to help along the way - lending our expert advice on anything from budget to structural changes, finishes and fixtures. We help make your vision a reality.
ADDITIONS
Additions are often a practical matter - you need more space. However, when done right, additions can improve the flow of your home and transform the way you live. We ensure the new space blends flawlessly with the old and is perfectly tailored to you.
RESTORATION
If disaster strikes, we are here to address a wide range of fire and storm restoration needs. We coordinate everything from clean-up and redesign to a partial restoration or a complete rebuild, and have extensive experience working with insurance companies.
The Homebuilding Process
CONTACT US: Fill out our contact us form, send it in and we will reach out within 1-2 business days to set up a meeting.
CONSULTATION: An in-person assessment at your property/project with you to see your house plans and hear your vision for your future home.
FREE ESTIMATE: We will send you a free rough estimate of the project cost to give you a ball park idea of what to expect.
DETAILED BID: Upon approval of the estimate, we request that you pay a bid fee. The bid fee is a small charge, paid upfront, to cover the time, energy and skill it takes to put together a professional bid. Once we receive the bid fee, we will proceed with putting together a detailed bid for the project.That will include up to 3 client/builder meetings, getting quotes from subcontractors, and compiling material costs. This can take 1-4 weeks (depending on the size and complexity of the job).
CONTRACT: You approve, alter, or deny the official bid. If you approve, we move to signing the contract.
DEPOSIT COLLECTED: Once received, we will immediately schedule your job.
CONSTRUCTION: You can log into our task management software to track our progress in real time.
Our process is designed to keep you involved throughout the entire building project, so you can rest assured it’s in good hands.
