CONSULTATION We’ll meet in person at your property to discuss your vision, needs, and ideas for your future home.

FREE ESTIMATE We’ll provide a free rough estimate of project costs so you know what to expect.

DETAILED BID Once the estimate is approved, a small bid fee is required to create a detailed big including materials, subs, timelines, and up to 3 client/builder meetings.
CONTRACT You approve, alter, or deny the official bid. Once approved, we’ll move forward with the contract.

DEPOSIT COLLECTED Once we receive your deposit, we’ll schedule your project and finalize the timeline.

CONSTRUCTION You’ll have access to our project management software to track progress in real time from start to finish.
